Key Responsibilities: • SUPPORT DATA EXTRACTION, VALIDATION AND RECONCILIATION FOR REPORTING, ANALYTICS AND MIGRATION PROJECTS. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation or process-improvement opportunities in workflows. • Assist with test planning, QA and validation efforts for enhancements and data integrations. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of operations and workflows. • Experience with at least one major platform; familiarity with multiple systems is a major plus. • Solid understanding of financial concepts and ledger-level details. • Experience with insurance workflows, claims lifecycle and AR management. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation or troubleshooting. • Experience with reporting/visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Proficiency in documentation and project-tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
