About the Role: As a Business Intelligence Specialist at bebeefinancial, you will play a crucial role in helping us make informed strategic decisions by leveraging strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets and broadcast insights clearly to stakeholders company-wide. • Partner with Director, FP&A to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis. • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership. • Analyze data to highlight actionable insights that inform business decisions. • Develop and maintain financial reporting processes, creating dashboards that help visualize performance. • Aid in creation and management of budgets.
