The Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong expertise in Tableau, ETL development, and data modeling, with the ability to work closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions. • *Core responsibilities/accountabilities:** • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations. • Build, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines integrating data from multiple internal and external sources. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business metrics, KPIs, and analytical requirements. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across BI platforms and reporting systems. • Automate reporting processes and enhance data delivery frameworks for improved efficiency. • Support data governance, documentation, and best practices for BI and analytics. • Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting needs. • Convert business-use cases into technical BI specifications. • Provide analytical insights to stakeholders across functions such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and CX. • Automate data refreshes, workflows, and manual reporting tasks. • Identify opportunities to enhance BI processes using scripting (Python), APIs, or advanced Tableau features. • *Experience Required:** • 8- 10 years of experience working in Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist or data scientist 2.
