What You’ll Do • You’ll run the P&L for your business unit, balancing hands-on execution with client and team management. First 30 Days • Learn from a senior Account/Program Manager. • Assist in managing hiring pipelines. • Source candidates using Weekday’s proprietary database. • Join client calls and shadow weekly check-ins. Next 60 Days • Partner directly with our COO. • Own your portfolio of client companies. • Lead weekly check-ins with founders and hiring managers. • Source, engage, and manage candidates through the interview process. • Resolve blockers and ensure smooth hiring. • Take full accountability for revenue from your portfolio. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
