Role Description The Business Leader- Commercial Growth & Operations will serve as the operational and commercial anchor of TIRUN’s core business. Key responsibilities: A. Drive Commercial Performance: • Own revenue execution across TIRUN’s distribution ecosystem • Improve sales productivity, pipeline discipline, and conversion rigor B. Integrate market-led growth thinking: • Strengthen customer funnel thinking across acquisition, conversion, and retention C. Digital & process enablement: • Drive adoption of digital tools that improve visibility, productivity, and decision-making D. Operational Excellence: • Build structured operating rhythms across teams E. Leadership & culture: • Lead senior teams with clarity, accountability, and outcome orientation F. External representation: • Represent TIRUN with partners, stakeholders, and principals.
