What You Will Own • End-to-end customer journey — from first consultation to deal closure • Revenue generation through strong conversion of leads • Understanding customer needs and translating them into design + commercial solutions • Driving design-led sales conversations with confidence and clarity • Ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures • Working closely with design and execution teams to ensure alignment • Owning targets, numbers, and monthly performance outcomes What We Are Looking For • 5–8 years of experience in interior design / home interiors / design-led sales • Strong ability to convert leads into business • Good understanding of residential interior design concepts and customer expectations • Someone who is structured, disciplined, and numbers-driven • Excellent communication and client-handling skills • High ownership mindset you don’t wait, you make things happen What Will Make You Stand Out • Experience in premium or mid-premium residential interiors • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to balance design sensibility with commercial thinking • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
