• Opportunity to work with a leading global asset manager. • Opportunity to work on live transactions. • *About Our Client** Our client is a leading alternative asset managers with significant expertise of managing financing & leasing businesses in the transportation space also having invested across Power, Renewables, Telecom, Airports and Roads. • *Job Description** Strategy and Business Development. • Work closely with the CEO on short-term and long-term strategic initiatives to help setup the EV platform in India. • Work with senior leadership to develop a plan for platform build out and take the lead in project management deliverables. • Assist in shortlisting important projects, ventures and other partnership opportunities. • Identify strategic risks and provide solutions to mitigate these risks. • Support consultative sales by owning TCO analysis, articulating platform's product offering and engaging with / developing relationships with potential customers across vehicle segments. Transaction execution. • Development and ownership of project and platform financial models. • Support transaction execution through financial analysis, drafting of investment committee papers and other presentations. • Support engineering, procurement, project development, delivery and asset management teams as required including contributing to tender submissions as well as providing analytical inputs. • Support financing process through management of due diligence advisers, dataroom / Q&A and lender interactions, financial analysis and presentations. • Assist in preparation of investor reporting material. • *The Successful Applicant** • MBA and undergraduate in maths / science / economics / engineering from Tier 1 educational institute. • 5+ years in a tier 1 consulting firms/strategy/corporate development role at private-equity backed or platform companies/corporate finance / investment banking / private equity funds. • *What's on Offer** • Opportunity to work with a leading global asset manager. • Opportunity to work on live transactions. • *Contact: Svetlana Honakande** • *Quote job ref: JN-032026-6975979**
