You’re the local market commander — turning dealers into partners, boosting shelf visibility, and crushing targets. Think “sales ninja” meets “channel architect.” ✅ *Key Responsibilities:* 🔹 *Sales Leadership* • Manage 8–12 key distributors • Drive primary & secondary sales, ensure 90%+ outlet coverage • Hit monthly/quarterly volume & margin targets — no excuses! 🔹 *Channel Excellence* • Recruit & onboard new dealers in under-penetrated towns • Run quarterly dealer meets, product trainings, incentive schemes • Resolve credit, delivery, or returns issues — fast & fair 🔹 *Market Intelligence* • Track competitor moves — pricing, promotions, new launches • Spot trends: which models sell where?
