Role Overview : Own the _South Karnataka_ market for fans & geysers — build, grow, and optimize your distribution network. You’re the local market commander — turning dealers into partners, boosting shelf visibility, and crushing targets. Think “sales ninja” meets “channel architect.” ✅ Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales Leadership • Manage 8–12 key distributors across Bangalore + South Karnataka • Drive primary & secondary sales, ensure 90%+ outlet coverage • Hit monthly/quarterly volume & margin targets — no excuses! 🔹 Channel Excellence • Recruit & onboard new dealers in under-penetrated towns • Run quarterly dealer meets, product trainings, incentive schemes • Resolve credit, delivery, or returns issues — fast & fair 🔹 Market Intelligence • Track competitor moves — pricing, promotions, new launches • Spot trends: which models sell where?
