Business Operations & Strategy Associate

As we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team to help accelerate our growth trajectory further and help build a world-class business. In this role, you will immerse yourself in problem solving, deep data analytics and developing solutions that drive the business forward. You will work with cross-functional leaders across the company on our most important strategic topics. This is not an internal consulting role - it is a high visibility and high impact role where you own the business problems, solutions and implementation to drive the impact.**Responsibilities** - Lead workstreams on cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive business performance management - Develop compelling, insightful recommendations, aligning with cross-functional leaders. - Serve as an expert on the business drivers for Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales. - Be the expert on the pulse of the company’s operations and leverage data & insights to drive informed decision making, scaling best practices and drive accountability. - “Hack growth” - identify market opportunities to pursue to further accelerate the business. - Structure complex and ambiguous business challenges. - Gather and analyze large amounts of data and problem solve effectively - Create connective tissue by working with and sharing knowledge among various functions, including Executive, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and G&A teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or in strategy/operations at a technology company.
• Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, engineering or any quantitative major preferred.
