Key Responsibilities: • Requirements • At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting problem definition requirement elicitation • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management areas such as Product Owner Product Manager and ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders • Product Management experience in a Global Delivery Model • Experience with Product Strategy and Business Alignment • Experience in Crew Management Solutions is desirable • Scope of Job • You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle • You will be intensely involved in business process consulting you will define the problem propose and create the solution • You should be able to provide inputs for Functional Solution design Product Strategy definition and work on business alignment • You should have sound client and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in a Global Delivery Model • You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope • You will have the opportunity to shape value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape Additional Responsibilities: • The position is open for all our offshore locations Preferred Skills: Domain->Retail->Retail - ALL, Domain->CPG->CPG - ALL, Domain->Logistics & Transportation->Freight & Logistics Services
