Recognized by Gartner, IDC, and Spend Matters as a consistent CLM leader, Sirion sets the innovation benchmark for the category. Business Process Mapper – Agentic Transformation Experience: 3–7 years | Mid-Level Reimagine How Work Gets Done & Why This Role Matters Sirion is building the Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) — a shared intelligence layer that connects systems, workflows, and operational data across the company. As a Business Process Mapper, you will be the critical bridge between how Sirion operates today and how it should operate in an AI-native future. This is not a traditional BPR role. You won’t just document current processes — you will challenge them. Working directly with functional leaders and SMEs across GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales, you will map as-is workflows, identify where AI agents can transform (not merely automate) operations, and design to-be processes that unlock capabilities teams didn’t know were possible. If you believe the best processes are the ones that never needed a human in the loop, this role is for you. How You’ll Make an Impact • Conduct deep-dive process walkthroughs with business SMEs to document as-is workflows across departments, starting with the SDR/outreach function. • Challenge existing processes with a first-principles mindset — ask not just “what do you do?” but “what would you do if you had unlimited bandwidth?”. • Design to-be agentic workflows that go beyond task automation to deliver intelligence: better target selection, hyper-personalized content, and data-driven coaching. • Map all systems, data sources, and integration points (e.g., 6sense, G2, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Reggie, MindTickle) to inform the Enterprise Knowledge Graph schema. • Define ontologies, entities, and relationships for the knowledge graph — determining what the nodes are and how structured and unstructured data should be indexed. • Identify feedback loops that are currently missing and design mechanisms for continuous learning and self-improvement into the agent architecture. • Create process documentation, data flow diagrams, and requirements artifacts that the engineering team can directly build from. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business stakeholders, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure agents improve operations, not just automate them. Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table Experience: 3–7 years in business process reengineering, process consulting, operations transformation, or a similar analytical role Core Expertise: • Proven experience in process mapping and reengineering (as-is / to-be), ideally in technology or SaaS companies. • Strong understanding of enterprise GTM operations: sales, SDR/BDR workflows, marketing automation, and CRM systems. • Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies, especially AI/ML concepts, agentic frameworks, and knowledge graphs. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. • Familiarity with data modelling concepts, system integrations (APIs, MCP), and enterprise software ecosystems. • Exposure to tools like Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar GTM tech stack is a strong plus. Soft Skills: • First-principles thinker who can constructively challenge SMEs and push beyond “we’ve always done it this way.” • Exceptional listening and synthesis skills — able to distill complex, multi-system workflows into clear, actionable documentation. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments with evolving requirements. • Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering, data science, and business teams.
