As an experienced Business & Product Marketing professional at Incedo, your role will involve designing and managing go-to-market strategies focused on demand generation and new customer acquisition. Your key responsibility areas will include: - Developing and executing a marketing plan for products, industry verticals, and service offerings in collaboration with the business and marketing team, with a focus on product awareness and demand generation for acquiring new customers. - Creating product messaging that resonates with target buyer personas, in collaboration with product management. - Understanding and documenting the buyer's process, driving changes to sales and marketing processes accordingly. - Owning market intelligence and being an expert on B2B buyers and their key buying criteria. - Planning and executing multi-channel programs and campaigns to drive leads, sales pipeline, and new customer acquisition. - Researching and understanding the competitive landscape to position products effectively. - Assessing the effectiveness of marketing programs, reporting on required changes. - Planning product launches and managing cross-functional implementation. - Collaborating with product leadership, management, and SMEs to drive thought leadership. - Developing sales enablement and marketing collaterals to support go-to-market activities. - Resolving campaign issues and implementing process improvements. - Building frameworks and processes to structure conversations and drive collaboration across teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA from a reputable institute and 2-3 years of global product marketing experience in B2B digital/enterprise software, SaaS companies. - Proven experience in driving demand generation for B2B software products resulting in leads, pipeline, and new customer acquisition. - Excellent communication and content creation skills. - Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, SEM Rush, and Google Analytics. - Strategic thinking, curiosity, creativity, and strong analytical capabilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Understanding of technical aspects of complex software products. - Good ROI-tracking skills and ability to analyze effectiveness. - Excellent people and management skills for interactions with various stakeholders.
