Key Accountabilities: • Analytics and Insights – provide analysis and insights around actuals to help inform forecast. • Monthly Business Review: build/ provide Monthly/Quarterly business review decks & proactively manage queries from Business partners. • Support projects and improvements for team around plan and reporting. • Deliver on budgeting and forecasting exercise, report creation, and planning templates to support team members and business partners. • Provide oversite to Monthly JE and YE close process and procedures. • Lead in establishing effective data quality requirements; partner with team members to enable and define process requirements for resolution. • Own core data model hierarchies and attributes, define document related policies and maintain/adapt as needed. • Provide outstanding global end-user support resolution (timely, effective, sustainable tools, etc). • Understands the business needs, being proactive with initiative mindset to define process requirements to an evolving process. • Stakeholder management – anticipates future business/stakeholder needs and accelerates what is possible. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. • 6 – 9 years of related experience. • Strong technical and business partner communication skills.
