Apprentice Duration - 12 months How will you make an impact in this role? The Business Solutions Intern will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of digital business capabilities at American Express. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Assist in defining, refining, and managing product goals. • Conduct customer research and market analysis. • Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Documents. • Participate in agile ceremonies. • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and compliance teams. • Create, review, and execute test cases; participate in testing. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, BCA, B.Sc. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital platforms, and software testing fundamentals. • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
