As a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforces Quote to Cash (QTC) Enterprise Strategy & Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in solving complex problems and connecting business needs with technical solutions to streamline internal Quote-to-Cash operations. Your proactive and self-motivated approach will be key in ensuring project success with minimal oversight. • *Key Responsibilities:* - Partner with Functional Leads and Technical Architects to understand and translate future-state vision for Quote-to-Cash systems into actionable system enhancements. - Lead and document business and system requirements by engaging with subject matter experts and business stakeholders. - Map and document processes, system interactions, and data flows using tools like Lucidchart. - Support data migration efforts including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities across different systems. - Utilize data analysis and BI skills to identify patterns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to build or refine Salesforce automations for process efficiencies. - Manage project delivery by tracking requirements, communicating updates, and identifying risks or dependencies. - Lead and participate in UAT cycles, validate data accuracy post-migration, and ensure system changes align with business requirements. - Maintain up-to-date documentation of business rules, configurations, and data flow logic. - Prepare training materials and support change management when rolling out new tools or features with enablement teams. • *Qualifications Required:* - Hands-on experience leading projects as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise environment. - Background in Q2C, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, or Order Management systems. - Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Smartsheets, or similar tools for process or project documentation. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. - Curious and proactive mindset with a focus on understanding how systems and data fit together. - Hands-on experience with data migration projects, data validation, or system integration projects. - Proven aptitude for data analysis and reporting, including experience with running SQL/SOQL queries and using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI analytics tools.Salesforces Quote to Cash (QTC) Enterprise Strategy & Solutions team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who is ready to tackle challenging projects and contribute to the success of internal operations.
