About the job

This is office based opportunity at our Ahmedabad Branch. We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Business/Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative, reporting, and executive support across multiple UK-based businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting schools finance reporting, general administrative tasks, research, and light social media content support. Key Skills: Candidate should have experience working in financial domain and should have worked with advanced MS-Office 365 particularly in advanced excel and Google Sheets etc. with the ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas of MS Excel. Key Responsibilities: A. Schools Finance Reporting (Core Function) · Prepare monthly and termly school financial reports (training provided). · Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases. · Assist with logical use cases of the available data. · Assist in preparing budget monitoring documents and other school finance templates. · Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. · Support UK team member with various office-related tasks as needed. B. Homecare Agency Administrative Tasks · Assist with internal documentation, forms, and templates. · Maintain and update spreadsheets, compliance trackers, and scheduling data. · Prepare reports, summaries, and internal checklists as directed. · Manage data entry and records related to homecare operations. C. Social Media Support (Light Duties) · Assist in preparing simple content for social media platforms (templates and guidance provided). · Maintain a basic posting schedule, if required. Requirements: · Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data capturing. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel and Word. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
