Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing electronic scrap and materials in alignment with company needs and sustainability goals. This role involves market research, negotiating contracts, establishing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining vendor communication and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards. Qualifications • Proficiency in sourcing and procurement, with experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. • Strong research and analytical skills, including market trend analysis and cost assessment for purchasing decisions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships effectively. • Experience in supply chain management and an understanding of environmental sustainability practices related to e-waste recycling. • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to a fast-paced industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in procurement for industries like electronics or recycling is an advantage.
