Function Procurement Pay Band E4 to M2 Role Buyer-Supply Chain Operation A purpose driven role for you Execution of SCM interface to meet on time-delivery as per production plan sequence through e-Material flow, optimising production capacity at SCP’s, Implementation of continuous incremental improvement in product quality, reliability & delivery for material & Logistics cost reduction A Day in the life- Monthly Scheduling, Daily adherence, Parts procurement as per plan - Supplier Quality Audit, CAPA Closure - Plan Inventory Norms & ensure adherence - Plan Logistics resources & optimising resources based on vehicle production. - Parts arrangement for PP1/PP2 lots after 4M audit - Maintain zero Obsolesce after New Model changeover Academic Qualification & Experience B-tech/B.E 4 Years Technical Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Problem solving through 7 QC Tools Behavioural Skills Assertive with good verbal & written communication skills What will it be like to work for Hero As the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 22 years, Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
