As a C# Developer (Full-Stack) based in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable C# and Java applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in C# and Java development and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. - Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development team. - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates on project status and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Proven experience (5 years) in C# development, with expertise in the .NET framework. - Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Strong knowledge of C# language features, including LINQ, async/await, and generics. - Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core. - Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. - Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database systems, preferably SQL Server and PostgreSQL. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, Agile process knowledge will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional groups are essential for this role.
