This is a full-time on-site role for a Campaign Manager located in Mengio. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to achieve the company’s sales and branding goals. Responsibilities include: - Coordinating cross-functional teams - Managing campaign schedules - Analyzing performance metrics - Ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy. Qualifications: • Proven experience in Campaign Management and leading marketing campaigns • Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency in Project Management and organization to oversee multichannel campaigns • Understanding of Sales processes and how they align with marketing efforts • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Experience in a leadership or similar managerial role is a plus • Proficiency in data analytics tools or marketing platforms is advantageous.
