About you and this role As a Campus Graduate in the Supply Chain Rotational Program, you will embark on a two-year journey designed to build a strong foundation in supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, including business supply chain operations, logistics execution, and strategic improvement initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic team that operates at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. Through rotations, you will learn how to balance customer demand with production capabilities, optimize inventory, and ensure timely delivery of materials—all while contributing to cost efficiency and sustainability goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. You will apply conceptual knowledge of supply chain theories and business practices to solve real-world challenges. Collaboration is key—you will work cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to deliver value to customers and stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction. While you will work independently on assigned tasks, you will also have access to mentorship and structured learning opportunities to accelerate your professional growth. By the end of the program, you will have developed a holistic understanding of supply chain management and be prepared for a career in a global organization that values innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Production Planning: Determine what, when, and where to produce for one or multiple sites to meet customer demand efficiently. • Material Availability: Ensure timely and cost-effective availability of materials in desired quantities for smooth operations and customer delivery. • Demand-Supply Balancing: Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasted demand with production utilization, manage inventory levels, and identify improvement opportunities. • Logistics Expertise: Provide technical knowledge and support for carrier management, warehouse operations, international trade compliance, and transport mode optimization. • Process Improvement: Identify, assess, and support tactical or strategic projects aimed at reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing customer service within supply chain or logistics functions. Qualifications • Master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines. • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; ability to apply concepts to practical scenarios. Your Skills • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making, forecasting, and performance optimization within supply chain operations. • Quality Assurance (QA): Ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining accuracy in processes to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Customer Service & Client Counseling: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Process Improvements & Innovation: Identifying opportunities for efficiency, introducing innovative practices, and supporting continual improvement initiatives. • Supply Chain Planning (SCP): Applying planning principles to balance demand and supply, optimize inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
