At Erudite Quantics LLP, we are seeking a Capital Markets Operations Associate with prior experience in the stock broking sector. The ideal candidate will support daily capital markets operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all trading-related documentation and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage client onboarding processes (KYC, account opening forms, documentation) • Maintain and update client records and trading account details • Process trade reports, contract notes, and reconciliation statements • Coordinate with compliance, accounts, and front office teams • Handle daily operational activities related to equity and demat accounts • Assist clients with queries related to trading and demat operations • Ensure timely communication, reporting, and regulatory documentation Requirements: • 6 to 12 months of experience in operations at a stock broking firm • Basic understanding of equity trading, demat operations, and compliance processes • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in MS Excel and general computer operations • Graduate/Master’s degree in Commerce or related field Preferred Candidates: • Candidates based in Ahmedabad • Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong understanding of capital markets may also apply Benefits: • Competitive salary • Exposure to fast-paced financial markets • Supportive team and collaborative work environment • Opportunities for growth within the financial services industry
