Capital Markets Specialist

We’re looking for a Capital Markets Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking market movements, leading pricing and deal execution, and managing compliance and documentation processes. You’ll also support lead generation efforts, investor communication, and platform engagement to help drive market activity. Capital Markets & Execution · Conduct market- ... making and price discovery for illiquid, pre-IPO shares · Analyze private market data, investor sentiment, and news around late-stage startups · Manage pricing updates and valuation changes on our proprietary platform · Coordinate with the trading desk to structure and execute deals · Maintain accurate records of deal terms, supply/demand, and market interest Compliance & Documentation · Perform KYC/AML checks and ensure transactions comply with legal standards · Handle end-to-end trade settlement, clearing, and documentation · Stay current on regulatory frameworks and update internal compliance procedures accordingly Investor Interaction & Platform Engagement · Use the platform to communicate updates, pricing changes, and new deal opportunities to investors · Help identify and engage potential investors and counterparties · Support email campaigns and other lead generation efforts in collaboration with the sales team Qualifications · 2–5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or operations management · Master’s in Finance, MBA, or a related field · Strong attention to detail with experience managing complex transactions · Proficiency in analyzing market data and financial trends · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Understanding of private equity or venture capital markets · Experience with compliance, KYC/AML, and trade documentation · Prior exposure to investor-facing communications and CRM tools is a plus
