Role Description The Carrier Relationship Manager – International Business will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with global telecom carriers and operators in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, ensuring cost optimization, monitoring service levels, liaising with internal teams to address client requirements, and fostering strategic alliances to expand operational reach. The role also involves market analysis and identifying partnership opportunities to drive business growth. Qualifications • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and client engagement • Experience in managing international partnerships, especially with telecom carriers • Knowledge of telecom technologies and A2P messaging solutions • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance and market trends • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus • Familiarity with the A2P messaging industry and market dynamics is preferred • Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, with occasional travel as required
