Job Summary The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and increasing the banks Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) portfolio. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship building, cross-selling banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and referrals. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, corporate visits, and market activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers. • Ensure completion of account opening documentation as per KYC and compliance guidelines. • Cross-sell other banking products such as: • Fixed Deposits (FD) • Recurring Deposits (RD) • Debit/Credit Cards • Insurance and Loan products • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets. • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily activity reports. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards. • Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance policies.
