Role Description We are seeking a talented and organized Casting Director for a full-time role at Ds Casting. This on-site position is based in Mumbai. The Casting Director will be responsible for identifying, auditioning, and selecting talent for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with producers and directors, overseeing casting sessions, reviewing auditions, negotiating contracts with talent agents, and ensuring the selection aligns with the creative vision of the project. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Casting and Production Management • Strong Communication skills to work effectively with actors, agents, and production teams • Knowledge and experience in fields related to Acting and Music are advantageous • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple casting projects simultaneously • Keen eye for talent and understanding of creative requirements • Experience in the entertainment or media industry preferred • Passion for storytelling and creativity in talent selection
