The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities/components. They will also perform complex troubleshooting investigations and document notes/knowledge articles. • Gather requirements and determine scope of work/planning for on-time delivery. • Develop/maintain good relationships with peers/clients; provide timely feedback to encourage success.
