Job Title: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – US Accounts Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage our US-based accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US GAAP, taxation, and QuickBooks, with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting processes for international clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. • Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and journal entries in compliance with US accounting standards. • Handle QuickBooks Online and Desktop for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting. • Work closely with US clients to support audits, tax filings, and financial planning. • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and federal/state tax requirements. • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and maintain data integrity. Requirements • Active CPA license with a minimum of 4 years of US accounting experience. • Proven expertise in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop). • Strong understanding of US GAAP, taxation, and financial reporting standards. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools. • Effective communication skills to liaise with US clients and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with CPA firms or US-based clients. • Knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems and workflow automation. • Willingness to work in alignment with US time zones (if required).
