Qualification : B.E. / M.Tech Experience : 4 To 10 Year(s) Skill set • CFD • Ansa • STAR CCM+ • Preon LAB • SIMERICS Domain knowledge • Familiarity with the 3D CFD tools STAR-CCM+, Simerics-MP or similar • Skilled in meshing software ANSA and CAD tool SolidWorks • Experience using PLM software (Teamcenter preferred) • Experience with automatic transmissions and electric power units • Proven capability in developing high fidelity models and conducting model correlations with various test teams • Expertise in 1D multi-Physics modeling tools GT-Suite, AMESim, and Matlab (preferred but not required) Job Description • Clean Computer Aided Design (CAD) models • Build high quality CFD models • Conduct CFD based flow and thermal model developments • Apply CFD to support BEV thermal management, step-ratio transmission, and driveline subsystem/component • Work with TDE systems and component departments to support analytical needs for product development/problem solving • Work with D&R engineers to enhance model predictability, model correlation & validation • Conduct model correlations for subsystem functionality verification • Interpret results and draw reasonable conclusions • Documentation of results • Communicate effectively with engineers, D&Rs, and technicians • Automated/expedited baffle design method development for e-motor cooling and lubrication Interested candidates can share their updated CV to Madhu_AK@satven.com
