About Us Polosys Technologies provides modular ERP, POS and field-sales solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and hospitality. We are expanding our reseller network across Uttar Pradesh and need a hands-on Channel Enablement Lead to build technical capability and sales excellence among our reseller partners. Role summary You will be the technical & commercial anchor for Polosys in West UP. Your job is to install and demonstrate Polosys solutions, recruit and train resellers, enable them to close deals, and ensure successful go-lives. Key responsibilities - Deliver product demos, technical presentations and live PoCs for prospects and resellers. - Lead end-to-end installations and go-lives: server/desktop setup, cloud/hybrid sync, POS devices, barcode printers, weighing scale and peripheral integrations. - Train new resellers on product features, pricing, sales pitch, demo scripts, installation checklists and troubleshooting. Create training materials (slides, SOPs, short videos). - Support resellers on complex pre-sales queries and on-site installations until handover. - Manage and mentor a small team of resellers in assigned districts; monitor their pipeline and conversion metrics. - Act as escalation point: reproduce issues, coordinate with Polosys R&D/support, ensure timely resolution and zero unresolved escalations. - Collect market feedback and feature requests; share field insights to improve product and pricing strategies. - Hit channel enablement KPIs: number of reseller trainings, live installs supported, and revenue conversion from enabled partners. Must-have skills & experience - 1-3 years experience in ERP/POS/field-sales technology roles (pre-sales engineer, implementation engineer, channel manager, or similar). - Hands-on knowledge of POS hardware and peripherals (receipt printers, barcode scanners, label printers, weighing scales) and basic network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi, router, port forwarding). - Familiarity with Windows server/desktop deployments and comfort with hybrid/cloud sync concepts; basic SQL/db troubleshooting a plus. - Proven B2B sales or channel enablement experience — able to train, coach and motivate resellers. - Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English; ability to present confidently to business owners. - Comfortable with regular travel across districts and onsite customer engagements. Nice-to-have - Prior experience with retail/manufacturing/distribution ERP or FMCG van-sales solutions (P-POS/R-POS). - Understanding of GST invoicing workflows and Indian billing compliance. - Experience creating short video tutorials and concise SOPs for non-technical users.
