Urgent Leadership Requirement for a Real Estate Giant – Delhi NCR Location: Delhi NCR (Only Delhi-Based Candidates) Job Title: Channel Head – Closing & Sourcing CTC Budget: Up to ₹35 LPA (Inclusive of 15% Annual Variable Pay) + Performance-Based Incentives Shift: Day Shift – 6 Days Working (Rostered Week Off) Experience & Eligibility: • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in real estate sales and channel management • Proven expertise in channel sales, sourcing, and closure management • Real estate industry background is mandatory • Only Delhi-based candidates will be considered • Minimum 3 stable stints of at least 2 years each is mandatory • Extensive experience in working with developers and reputed mandate firms • Demonstrated success in building and managing large-scale channel ecosystems • Strong exposure to residential and mixed-use real estate portfolios • Core sales and channel commercialization background only Qualifications: • Post Graduate (MBA / PGDM Preferred) • Advanced knowledge of real estate sales frameworks and channel economics Competencies: • Strategic channel architecture and network development capability • Strong negotiation skills • Advanced revenue planning and portfolio optimization skills • Deep understanding of regional and NCR property markets • High standards of corporate governance and compliance • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong risk assessment and business forecasting ability Job Description: • Design, develop, and govern the organization’s channel sales architecture • Establish scalable sourcing and closure models across projects and micro-markets • Drive channel productivity, conversion ratios, and revenue yield • Structure channel incentive frameworks and performance-linked programs • Build strategic alliances with high-performing channel partners • Optimize deal structuring, pricing alignment, and inventory movement • Implement channel governance policies and operational SOPs • Monitor regulatory compliance, documentation, and transaction integrity Roles and Responsibilities: • Define channel business strategy aligned with corporate revenue objectives • Own end-to-end channel P&L performance and revenue accountability • Establish channel onboarding, accreditation, and certification frameworks • Oversee commission structures, payout governance, and dispute resolution • Drive integration between channel operations, CRM, finance, and legal functions • Implement robust MIS, analytics dashboards, and forecasting systems • Lead institutional partnerships and enterprise-level brokerage relationships • Drive portfolio-level absorption planning and pricing governance • Ensure adherence to RERA, compliance, and internal audit standards Preference: • Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period Preferred
