Role : Channel Sales Manager – India (CAPEX Category Lead) This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building and scaling channel ecosystems. As the Channel Lead for our premium CAPEX portfolio, you will shape how iconic global brands expand across India through strong dealer networks, deep market coverage, and aggressive channel-driven growth. What You Will Lead 1. Build India's Strongest Dealer Network Identify, appoint, and activate high-potential channel partners across metros, Tier 1 & 2 cities. Bring the world's best brands Dyson, Lindhaus, Fimap, RLT to new markets and sectors. Drive long-term relationships, secure dealer commitments, and ensure brand alignment. Manage dealer commercials, credit structures, and performance governance. 2. Drive High-Growth Channel Sales Own and deliver monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets for the CAPEX portfolio. Launch dealer incentive programs, trade activations, and targeted sales campaigns. Track funnel health, forecasts, and partner-level performance metrics. Push velocity, volume, and visibility across your channel network. 3. Expand Market Presence Across India Open new territories and verticals across industrial, commercial, institutional, and infra segments. Conduct product demos, partner trainings, and joint customer pitches. Identify white spaces and deploy a structured expansion plan. Continuously evaluate market intelligence & competition to stay ahead. 4. Channel Operations & Excellence Ensure compliance with pricing, margins, credit, and stock norms. Collaborate with product & marketing teams for channel enablement, launches, and visibility. Maintain accurate forecasting, market updates, and periodic MIS. Who We're Looking For hustler + strategist + relationship-builder with the agility to scale channels in a fast-growing business. You have : 6–10 years of channel sales experience in CAPEX, B2B equipment, electricals, building solutions, industrial machinery, or hygiene products. A strong dealer / distributor network and proven channel-building experience. The ability to independently drive growth in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, planning, and analytical skills. Bonus If You Have : Experience launching or scaling premium international brands. Exposure to institutional or project-driven B2B selling. An MBA or advanced business qualification.
