About the job
We are looking for a Channel Sales (Sourcing) Manager – Second Homes who will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and closing high-quality second-home opportunities. The role requires strong market understanding, partner management, and negotiation expertise within the real estate ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and analyze property data to identify potential acquisition and investment opportunities. • Source second-home properties including plots, villas, and land parcels in targeted micro-markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, agents, and property owners. • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and acquisition agreements. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions. • Manage vendor and partner relationships while ensuring compliance with applicable real estate regulations. • Track sourcing pipelines and provide regular market insights and reports to leadership.
