Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation • Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resources to channel partners • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics • Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends.
