Our organization seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to spearhead our portfolio company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Preparing and directing the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets. • Supporting strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making efforts. • Overseeing cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits. • Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions. • Managing relationships with financial institutions. • Preparing comprehensive financial budgets and analyzing variances. • Identifying areas for optimization and projecting future growth opportunities. The successful candidate will possess: • Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills. • Strong analytical and organizational abilities. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Knowledge of recent industry trends and best practices. Requirements include: • A Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. • Chartered Accountant certification preferred. • At least 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles.
