Primary aim of Steel Shoppe is to give MSME steel users a One-stop solution with expectations like Inventory management, Reliable Quality and Hassle-free Delivery is taken care of.Steel Shoppe adds immense value to MSME’s supply chain by easing out the planning and inventory management activities thereby reducing their working capital.Key Responsibilities: · Project Finance & Corporate Finance · Fundraising and Capital Markets expertise · P&L Responsibilities · Budgeting & Forecasting · Risk Management & Compliance · Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) · Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills · Exposure on Pre IPO and Post IPO process. Educational Background: · Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification (Essential). · Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (Preferred). · 15 years of senior financial leadership experience (ideally including CFO or VP Finance role). · Proven experience in strategic financial planning and corporate finance. · In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. · Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. · Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising. Preferred Experience: • Experience in Manufacturing. • Prior involvement in IPO or high-growth scaling environments. Note: Looking for someone who can join in a month's time

Qualifications
