Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, financial strategy, regulatory reporting, and capital management across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in traditional finance combined with strong familiarity with crypto assets, digital finance infrastructure, and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all finance functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, audit, and financial reporting • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business growth, capital structure, and risk management objectives • Manage crypto and fiat treasury operations, including liquidity planning, asset allocation, custody relationships, and on-chain/off-chain reconciliation • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, including SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, AML/KYC, and international regulatory frameworks as applicable • Oversee financial controls, internal audit processes, and enterprise risk management • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to the executive team and Board of Directors • Lead fundraising activities, including equity, debt, token-related structures (where applicable), and investor relations • Partner with legal, compliance, and operations teams to support new product launches, market expansion, and regulatory approvals • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global finance team • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, and long-term value creation Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred) • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive roles • Strong background in financial services, capital markets, investment management, fintech, or crypto/digital asset companies • Demonstrated experience managing complex regulatory and compliance environments • Deep understanding of financial reporting standards (US GAAP and/or IFRS) • Hands-on experience with treasury management, liquidity planning, and risk controls • Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • High integrity, strong judgment, and a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset Why Join Us • Executive-level impact in a rapidly scaling crypto-financial organization • Direct influence on strategy, governance, and long-term growth • Exposure to global markets and cutting-edge financial innovation • Competitive compensation package, including equity and long-term incentives。
