Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic business partner responsible for the overall financial health, strategic planning, and performance of the company. This role involves overseeing all financial functions and providing key insights to the executive leadership team to maximize profitability in the competitive food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the development of the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning. • Cost Control & Optimization: Implement robust cost accounting methodologies and optimize supply chain costs specific to food production. • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee all accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and act as the primary line of defense during crises. • Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. • ERP & Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial technologies. • Investment Enablement: Identify and structure strategic investment opportunities. • SOP Implementation & Financial Governance: Design, implement, and monitor necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Gap Audits – Finance & Accounts: Conduct periodic GAP audits in finance and accounts to identify control weaknesses.
