Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chief Franchise Officer based in Raipur, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Chief Franchise Officer will oversee strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the franchise business. Responsibilities include developing and implementing franchise strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, ensuring adherence to franchise protocols, and supporting franchisees to achieve business goals. The role also involves managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality franchise operations. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Franchise Expansion • Skills in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Revenue Analysis • Ability to manage Franchise Operations, build Stakeholder Relationships, and ensure protocol compliance • Strong Leadership, Organizational, and Decision-Making skills • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities • Experience working in the food and beverage or retail franchise industries is a plus • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setting and manage both on-site and remote responsibilities effectively Key Responsibilities • Lead pan-India franchise expansion strategy • Build a scalable & profitable franchise model • Select the right franchise partners (quality over quantity) • Ensure taste, service & brand consistency across outlets • Create and implement SOPs, training & audit systems • Drive cluster-based city expansion • Oversee unit economics, ROI & franchise commercials • Develop central procurement / supply chain • Build & lead expansion and operations teams • Support brand growth and market penetration • Reduce founder dependency through strong systems • Scale Brownland Coffee into a national brand
