Your key responsibilities will involve: - Acting as the right hand to founders, managing priorities and follow-ups - Driving cross-functional programs and special projects - Tracking business performance, KPIs, and execution milestones - Supporting strategy, growth initiatives, and leadership decision-making - Building structure, processes, and operating discipline as the company scales The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 3-8 years of experience in startup / D2C / high-growth environments - Prior experience working closely with founders or CXOs - Strong execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Comfort with handling ambiguity and multiple priorities.
