As we zip through our 1-10 journey and scale, we're looking for a strategic, resourceful, and highly organized Chief of Staff to join our Founder's Office. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders in driving the company’s next 10x growth, setting strategies, and executing key initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the founders to identify strategic growth areas and implement business strategies Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution aligned with company goals. Operational Efficiency: Optimize and oversee day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. Communication: Serve as a bridge between the founders and the broader team, ensuring clear communication of goals, priorities, and expectations. Decision Support: Provide analytical support to the founders, helping to assess opportunities, risks, and the potential impact of decisions. Special Projects: Lead and execute special projects as assigned by the founders, often requiring rapid iteration and a high degree of autonomy. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring relationships are managed effectively. Deepdive on key functional initiatives across product, marketing, sales and operations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a startup environment, ideally in a sales or product management or marketing role that required strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration. Education: A degree from a Tier 1 engineering institution or an MBA from a top-tier business school. Skills: • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving them to successful completion. • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
