Role Overview The Chief of Staff – Founder’s Office will work as a strategic extension of the Founder, partnering closely on growth, marketing, HR, and product-led initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities • Strategy & Founder Support • Act as a thought partner to the Founder on company-wide priorities • Drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution • Take data driven decisions & drive different projects • Track projects and leadership initiatives • Growth & Marketing • Review marketing related KPIs • Analyze funnel metrics, CAC, and pipeline health • SPOC for marketing to leadership • Product & Business Enablement • Support AI & automation initiatives across the organization • Build technology first processes to bring efficiencies across the organization • Cross-Functional Execution • Lead cross-functional initiatives • Remove execution bottlenecks • Drive reviews, dashboards, and outcomes • External & Special Projects • Support investor and board communications • Work on partnerships and M&A exploration • Own special strategic initiatives Experience & Skills • 4–8 years experience in consulting, fintech, SaaS, or Founder’s Office roles • Experience working with CXOs or founders preferred • Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills • Excellent communication and ownership mindset Why Join Xoxoday • Work directly with the Founder • Exposure across growth, marketing, and product • Opportunity to shape a global SaaS company • Clear path to senior leadership
