What you will lead: • End-to-end global supply chain strategy • Procurement and sourcing of diamonds, precious metals, and key materials • International logistics and distribution across major markets • Demand planning, inventory optimization, and production planning • Strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics partners worldwide • Implementation of technology, automation, and data-driven supply chain systems. Who we are looking for: • 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience • Proven experience managing complex global manufacturing supply chains • Strong background in procurement, logistics, and operational transformation • Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, consumer products, or global manufacturing is highly preferred.
