City Marketing Executive Location: Pune (Pimple Saudagar) – Hybrid (3 days office) Hyderabad – Remote Mumbai – Remote Experience: 3–8 Years Mode of Work: Hybrid / Remote (as per location) Travel: Pan-India travel required Skills: Excellent Communication, Corporate Sales, Corporate Partnerships Role Overview Our client, a leading product-based company, is looking for a City Marketing Executive to drive corporate partnerships, lead on-ground activations, and enhance employee engagement for an innovative mobility solution across key cities. Key Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships & Business Development • Identify, engage, and onboard corporate clients for the company’s employee mobility program. • Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, CSR, Facility Management, and Sustainability teams. • Conduct product demos, pitch proposals, and manage end-to-end stakeholder communications. • Grow existing accounts by driving adoption, usage, and long-term engagement. Campaigns & Employee Engagement • Plan and execute on-ground and internal awareness campaigns at corporate offices. • Work closely with corporate communication and marketing teams to run targeted B2B initiatives. • Support employee onboarding drives, events, and engagement activities. Reporting & Insights • Track and report partnership performance and usage metrics. • Collect feedback from clients and users for continuous improvement. • Share insights on mobility trends and sustainability goals to support strategic decisions. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3–8 years of experience in corporate partnerships, B2B sales, or enterprise account management. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven experience working with large corporate accounts. • High energy, self-driven, and passionate about sustainable mobility. • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Selection Process 3–4 rounds including Technical and HR interviews.
