Client Account Manager
About the job
We are hiring a Client Account Manager with strong experience in global client handling, outbound sales, and end-to-end account management in the remote staffing or software development industry. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients (US/UK/Europe/APAC). - Act as the primary client contact for communication, requirement gathering, and escalations. - Drive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. - Nurture leads through follow-ups and value-based communication. - Understand client needs and propose relevant staffing/service solutions. - Handle the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding. - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth delivery. - Conduct client meetings and presentations via calls/video. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth. - Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Requirements - 4-5 years of experience in account management within remote staffing or IT/software development. - Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe preferred). - Strong in cold calling, outbound sales, lead nurturing, and B2B processes. - Proven success managing full sales cycles and closing deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. - CRM experience (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) is a plus.
