Client Account Manager
About the job
Key Responsibilities - Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients (US/UK/Europe/APAC). - Act as the primary client contact for communication, requirement gathering, and escalations. - Drive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. - Nurture leads through follow-ups and value-based communication. - Understand client needs and propose relevant staffing/service solutions. - Handle the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding. - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth delivery. - Conduct client meetings and presentations via calls/video. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth. - Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
