As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a key long-standing client account. Your role involves acting as a strategic partner to the client to drive revenue growth and ensure sustained customer satisfaction. You will handle demanding stakeholders with a calm, solution-oriented approach to maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact for the assigned key account - Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders - Proactively address client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account - Drive account growth and increase overall business volume - Develop and execute account strategies aligned to revenue targets - Conduct regular performance and review meetings with clients - Resolve client issues professionally and within defined timelines - Handle complex or impractical client requests tactfully - Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Design, and other teams - Ensure timely delivery and quality output as per client expectations - Monitor account performance, sales growth, and new developments - Track issues and ensure timely closure - Analyze client feedback to drive service and process improvements - Independently manage day-to-day account operations - Take ownership of client deliverables and business outcomes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong business acumen with a revenue-focused mindset - Confident, resilient, and independent working style - Proven experience managing demanding clients and complex accounts.
