Client Accounting Leader

About the job

As an accounting professional, you will be expected to: • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the client experience, such as by identifying opportunities to enhance services or by implementing new processes or technologies. • Leading and managing a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance. • Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team. • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business. • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies. • Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company. What are we looking for: • 20+ years of experience in US accounting (knowledge of US GAAP preferable) and people management skills. • Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc. • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets. • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to effectively manage complexity, i.e., multiple stakeholders, timelines and projects. • Ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth. • Ability to think strategically and solve problems. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset.
