Job Description: Client Coordinator (Fresher) – Home Furnishing Company: Drapes & Tassels Location: Showroom-based Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose To support client coordination, quotation preparation, and order execution while learning day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities • Assist in following up with clients on quotations, approvals, and payments • Support in preparing and updating quotations • Coordinate with vendors for order placement and delivery follow-ups • Assist in managing fabric orders and tracking materials • Coordinate with tailors and installers for basic follow-ups • Maintain records of orders and daily updates • Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of client orders Requirements • Fresher or 0–1 year experience • Good communication skills (English & Hindi) • Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and email • Willingness to learn and take initiative • Good coordination and follow-up skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks Preferred Profile • Interest in interiors, home furnishing, or retail industry • Polite and professional attitude with clients and team Note • Training will be provided for quotations, vendor coordination, and order management
